By having no cheeeeldren I've done my bit to prevent future manmadeglobalwarming so it is only reasonable for Brown to borrow yet more wads of foreign cash in order to keep me warm and comfey till I die.
Like Mr Banned, I too have cast my seed upon stony ground (many times, many, many times) and so my DNA will not be polluting the future in the same way that those with more than the recommended 2.4 children will. So I too claim my £1,500 winter fuel allowance to be funded by burning rich bastard bankers in suitable stoves.
I've spent a lot of time and effort trying unsuccessfully to pollute the future with my DNA and in the true spirit of a protective potential giver of life I want my offspring to be as warm as possible.
So driving the car pointlessly around the block every now and then makes me a good parent, I think.
